Historical Significance:
The marker commemorates the 30th anniversary of the Agua Fria Chapter, NSDAR (1991). Two Texas Ebony trees were planted near the bronze statue of Del E. Webb in the Memorial Garden on March 20, 1991, with the formal dedication following in November of that year. The chapter celebrated a second marker to commemorate their 50th anniversary.

The markers can be found in the recreation center complex behind the library and overlooking the miniature golf course. There is also a replica of the Liberty Bell with time capsule to be opened in 2026. A statue of Del Webb that was originally in the garden was moved in 2011 to the Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center, Sun City West.
